Leroy’s journey started at the young age of 25 when he started various businesses & bought his first property at a Sheriff Auction. That’s when he realised the power of Property and started attending sheriff auctions weekly.
After buying many distressed properties using different strategies. Leroy has become an expert in finding & negotiating property deals & has since bought over 30 properties using different strategies eg. flips (Buying and Selling), buy to lets, multilets and is currently working on multiple inner city developments.

After having massive success in Property, Rich Dad Education approached Leroy to become one of the first South African Speakers and share his vast knowledge on Property & has shared the stage with one of his mentors Robert T Kiyosaki, and speaks all over South Africa – having spoken to over 50 000 people, nationally.
Leroy is a devout Christian & wants to live out his God given potential.
